Martin Fenlon Architecture

Martin Fenlon was wonderful. He walked us through the whole process of getting a small ADU, from making a set of plans to dealing with the LA City inspector to saving us thousands of dollars by knowing California State law to tell the inspector. He keeps calm but makes his point until the inspector heard him. We would hire him again in a second.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Martin, and I'm grateful that he was there every step of the way until the project was completed. From the beginning, he demonstrated a remarkable ability to take full advantage of the best vantage points and the surrounding environment, integrating these elements into the design details. His attention to detail, design aesthetic, and ability to collaborate were exactly what I was looking for. In addition to the design phase, Martin was incredibly helpful and available during the build process.
