Molinar Design

Erick and I have collaborated together on new construction and remodeling projects over the past 5 years. Working with Erick is always a pleasure as he is an architect and contractor. Together, we achieve both original designs and the technicality to execute them. Erick impresses me with the way he treats his crew like family, especially during COVID. The level of excellence his team achieves and their customer-centric approach is what brings me back to Molinar Design.

Used Molinar Design twice already and I'm very satisfied with his dedication to get my floor plans done ontime. I have another major addon in the next year will definatley use his services. He explaines every detail and had great ideas in his head.

Eric did a great job with our complete remodel, took it down to the subfloor. He was easy to work with and understood our needs,

They are Bullies!!!! They have made my life horrible while Not finishing a house next door for two years and 8 months!!! Terrible people
